ICT have identified issues generating security warnings and not allowing you to access some websites including Blackboard Learn with older web browser software. We are currently testing a possible fix. As a workaround, Windows users should use a different browser and OSX users should use the latest version of Firefox.

Users unable to access ICIS modules and OSS - Resolved

Resolved Incident: Comodo, our ICIS Java Certificate issuer, suffered a distributed denial of service (DDoS) cyber-attack this morning. None of our systems were themselves exposed to this attack, but it resulted in users being unable to access ICIS modules and OSS. Comodo say the attack has finished and users are now able to access ICIS and OSS as normal.

Users unable to connect to remote desktop gateway - Resolved

Resolved Incident: Users were getting a permissions error when remotely accessing their College computers on Friday from around 10:30 to 11:55. This has now been resolved by our support team and the underlying cause of the issue is being investigated.
