A number of shared drives are unavailable - Resolved
Resolved Incident: Users would have experienced issues accessing a number of shared drives on Thursday between 12:45 to 14:10. This was due to a hardware problem on one of the servers. This was rectified and drives became accessible again at 14:10.

Users experiencing their profiles are unavailable or very slow to load and access to shared drives unavailable - Resolved
17/2/16 11:07 - ICT have restored the GPFS service and users are now able to login as normal and access their shared drives. If you are still experiencing issues with regards to this please contact the ICT Service Desk on 02075949000.

The Blackboard Learn service is unavailable
Resolved Incident: 18/2/17 11:45 The Blackboard Learn service has been restored after the support team successfully restarted services. Users are now able to login as normal. An investigation to the cause is underway.

Skype for Business is unavailable - Resolved
Resolved Incident: 20/2/17 14:50 Following a restart of the service, Skype for Business is now back up and accessible for all college users.
